Competitor Price Monitoring

A Baltic business operating across three countries.

Before

Checking prices. Entering rows. Repeating.

People checked competitor websites and physical shops every week, then manually entered many product prices into Excel.

What we built

Automated collection and organized reporting.

A workflow collects competitor prices from websites and populates organized spreadsheets. Physical shop visits themselves are not automated.

After

Open the spreadsheet. Review the information.

The team reviews prices in Google Drive across three countries, nine product categories and five shops. According to the supplied account, routine online collection and spreadsheet population no longer require manual work.

Previous manual workload≈120 hours/month

Based on the supplied client account. This is a description of previous staff time, not audited cash savings or a guarantee of future savings.

Human review

Missing or ambiguous customer, product or quantity details go to a person for review. Unclear records are not treated as ready for import.

A clear scope. A practical starting point.

Built around your process.

From a contained first workflow to more complex operations. Start where the business value is clear.

A clear, contained workflow

  • Straightforward tool connections
  • Testing with your real examples
  • Documentation & handover
  • 30-day stabilization for build defects
More complex requirements

Advanced

Address deeper integrations, complex logic or more demanding operations.

€3,500–8,000+
Indicative one-time implementation
  • Complex integrations & business rules
  • Custom data or AI processing
  • Agreed review & approval points

Support after launch

Monthly Automation Care

Implementation builds the agreed workflow. Monthly care covers the monitoring, maintenance and support you agree after launch.

Quoted monthly
based on scope
  • Scheduled health checks
  • Failure notifications
  • Maintenance and troubleshooting within the agreed allowance
Connected workflows

Care Standard

For connected workflows needing more regular attention, with room for small adjustments and a periodic performance review.

Quoted monthly
based on scope
  • Everything in Essential
  • More frequent monitoring
  • An agreed allowance for small adjustments
  • A periodic performance review
Greater operational complexity

Care Advanced

For more complex or operationally important workflows, with broader recovery arrangements and more room for improvement.

Quoted monthly
based on scope
  • Everything in Standard
  • Broader monitoring and recovery arrangements
  • A larger agreed improvement allowance
  • A regular review of performance and priorities

Third-party software and usage charges are separate unless explicitly included. Implementation still includes the existing 30-day stabilization period for ENTEIL build defects. New workflows and major scope changes are quoted separately. Monitoring cadence, allowances, support coverage and recovery responsibilities are confirmed in the care proposal.

Explore the potential

How much time could
your team get back?

40 hours / month

Illustrative freed capacity, not guaranteed cash savings. Estimate = volume × time per task × automated share ÷ 60. Actual results depend on the process.

Where do we start?

We map the process, review real examples, identify the output and exception rules, and agree what success looks like. Then we build and test a focused first workflow.

How do you measure business value?

We distinguish actual cash savings from freed capacity, additional revenue opportunity and risk reduction. Time saved is useful capacity; it is not automatically money saved.

Who owns the workflow and provider accounts?

Ownership, hosting, credential access and handover are agreed in the proposal before work starts. Client-owned accounts can be used; any ENTEIL-managed accounts or services must be identified explicitly. Workflow ownership and reuse rights are contractual terms, not an assumed transfer of all underlying components.

How are software and usage costs handled?

Workflow hosting, AI processing and other third-party services may carry subscription or usage charges. They are separate unless explicitly included. The proposal identifies the expected services, who holds the accounts, and who pays the charges.

What happens when something needs review?

The workflow follows agreed rules and flags incomplete, ambiguous or invalid records for human review. Approval points, responsible people and the handoff process are designed with your team.

What happens if a workflow fails?

We agree the failure notifications, review points and any retry or recovery arrangements for the workflow. The care proposal defines who responds and the support coverage. It does not imply 24/7 monitoring or an unstated response-time guarantee.

What is included after launch?

Implementation includes a 30-day stabilization period for ENTEIL build defects. Monthly Automation Care covers the agreed monitoring, maintenance and support after launch. Usage costs and work beyond the agreed allowance are scoped separately.

What happens when monthly care ends?

The agreed monitoring, maintenance and support stop at the end of the care term. Continued operation depends on the hosting setup, account access and paid third-party services. The proposal needs to define the notice period, handover or export arrangements, and responsibility for ongoing operation.
